This invention relates to a compound of Formula (I) wherein Y is CH or N; Ar.sup.1 is phenyl or pyridyl each optionally substituted with 1 or 2 substituents each selected independently from (C.sub.1-C.sub.3)alkoxy halo, OH, CF.sub.3, CN, NO.sub.2 and (C.sub.1-C.sub.3)alkyl, said alkyl being optionally substituted with CF.sub.3; Ar.sup.2 is phenyl or pyridyl each optionally substituted with 1 or 2 substituents each independently selected from halo, OH, CN, NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3, (C.sub.1-C.sub.6)alkoxy, NR.sup.1R.sup.1, S(O).sub.2R.sup.2, C(O)R.sup.3, and (C.sub.1-C.sub.6)alkyl optionally substituted with R.sup.4, and its use in treating hyper-proliferative disorders. ##STR00001##
