A composition comprising a polycarbonate resin and a silicone rubber particle having a weight average particle diameter of from about 0.5 .mu.m to about 10 .mu.m is provided. The composition has high impact resistance and is less colored. The sheet obtained by molding the composition is useful as a light-diffusing sheet.
