Namely, each of the inlet port (26b) and the outlet port (26c) is divided into two portions in the circumferential direction thereof, by the rib (26f).Therefore, when the feed pump is fastened to a side face of a pump housing by bolts, even if the thickness of the pump plate (26) is not increased, the deformation of the center of the pump plate (26) can be prevented.
