The present invention provides an Al--Mg--Si alloy sheet in which the production of ridging marks during press forming is noticeably inhibited, and in addition, provides a manufacturing method capable of providing such an aluminum alloy sheet, and an intermediate material in the manufacture thereof. The Al--Mg--Si alloy sheet in accordance with the present invention is characterized by having a prescribed composition, and characterized in that respective textures are present therein with a good balance. Further, in accordance with the manufacturing method, and the intermediate material in the manufacture thereof of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture the alloy with high efficiency.
