A transmission request, including a personal information selection result and a destination selection result, which is sent by a particular user among the registered users, is received. A personal information item is read from the first recording medium, the personal information item corresponding to the personal information selection result of the transmission request. A destination information item is read from the second recording medium, the destination information item corresponding to the destination selection result of the received transmission request. The personal information item of the particular user is transmitted to a particular local terminal among the registered local terminals that is indicated by the destination information item.
