The invention relates to a novel peptide, a pharmaceutical composition containing said peptide and to the use of said composition for treating various skin alternations. More particularly, the treatment of said alterations consists in reinforcing the derma-epidermal junction and the cell-matrix and/or cell-cell adherence of epidermis and in promoting the repair of a cutaneous surface.
