A new cultivar of Daphne plant named `HEWREB` that is characterized by moderately dense habit, variegated dark green leaves with a broad yellow margin, and fragrant pale purple flowers. In combination these traits set `HEWREB` apart from all other existing varieties of Daphne known to the inventor.
