Compounds of formula I, wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 have the meanings as given in claim 1, and their pharmaceutically tolerable derivatives, solvates and stereoisomers and their use for the preparation of a pharmaceutical for inhibiting the formation of polyQ-aggregation.
