According to the invention, the bush (5) widens out significantly from the end (12) thereof facing the extracorporal direction to the end (13) thereof facing the intracorporal direction and comprises a smooth surface such that arthrogenic material can not grow into the surface thereof and as a result of a lack of frictional effects also causes hardly any inflammation.
