Each of the circuit components includes a substrate having a switching member and an electrical power conductive path; a supporting member that supports the circuit components; and a heat insulating member located between an upper circuit component and a lower circuit component. The heat insulating member is capable of regulating a heat transfer between the upper circuit component and the lower circuit component.
