The audio information is transmitted to the device over the Internet and/or World Wide Web in response to the signal. The processor, located remote from the vehicle or premises, receives a signal transmitted from a device located remote from the processor and the vehicle or premises. The video information is transmitted to the device on or over the Internet and/or World Wide Web in response to the signal.
