Compounds of formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein n, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.7 are disclosed herein, are useful in treating disease-states associated with nuclear receptor activity. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising and methods of using said compounds are also disclosed herein.
