Non-invasively measured blood sugar level values obtained by a temperature measurement scheme are corrected by blood oxygen saturation and blood flow volume, thereby stabilizing the measurement data. The shape or color of control buttons for controlling measurement are associated with the function of each button such that the buttons can be identified either visually or by touch.
