A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named `Dekpeso`, characterized by its large anemone-type inflorescences with elliptic-shaped, white-colored ray florets and yellowish green-colored disc florets; strong, upright and freely branching flowering stems; early and uniform flowering response; and good postproduction longevity.
