The invention is related to novel compounds of Formula (I) or a salt, solvate or prodrug thereof, wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, n and m are as described in the specification, useful in the treatment of a disease or condition mediated through glucokinase (GLK), such as type 2 diabetes. The invention also relates to methods for preparing compounds of Formula (I) and their use as medicaments in the treatment of diseases mediated by glucokinase.
