There is disclosed a novel class of sulphonamido-substituted bridged bicycloalkyl derivatives comprising a substitute on the bridgehead position. The compounds modulate the production of the .beta.-amyloid precursor protein, and hence are useful in the treatment of Alzheimer's Disease.
