The invention discloses human secreted polypeptides that circulate at a decreased level in the plasma of patients with cardiovascular disorders. The invention also provides methods of using compositions including the polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding them, and antibodies specific for these polypeptides, for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cardiovascular disorders.
