A door weather strip has a mounting base portion, a hollow seal portion, a sub-seal lip, and a backside seal lip. Leading lips are provided in the middle of a front pillar part in such a way as to connect the backside seal lip to the sub-seal lip. Each of the leading lips forms an acute angle with respect to an extending direction of the backside seal lip. Especially, in an attached state, an intersection angle .alpha. formed between the backside seal slip and each of the leading lips is set to be smaller than an angle .beta. formed between the extending direction of the backside seal lip, and a vertical line.
