The invention relates a compound represented by the formula (1): Q.sup.1-Q.sup.2-C(.dbd.O)--N(R.sup.1)-Q.sup.3-N(R.sup.2)-T.sup.1-Q.sup.4 (1) wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 represent H or the like; Q.sup.1 represents an aromatic ring, heterocyclic ring or the like; Q.sup.2 represents a single bond, aromatic ring, heterocyclic ring or the like; Q.sup.3 represents a group ##STR00001## or the like, Q.sup.4 represents an aromatic ring, heterocyclic ring or the like; and T.sup.1 represents --CO-- or --SO.sub.2--, and a medicine which comprises the compound and is useful for thrombosis and embolism.
