A motor vehicle including an electric drive engine capable of being
successively supplied with electric power by two separate electric power
sources, in particular by a set of batteries and by a fuel cell, and of
the type including an accelerator pedal that is mobile between a rest
position and an extreme actuated position corresponding to the maximum
power capable of being supplied by the engine based on the amount of
electric power available for its powering. A mechanism is provided for
varying the extreme actuated position of the pedal on the basis of a
parameter representing the amount of electric power available for
powering the engine.
