Compounds according to formula (I) wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and n are as defined herein, are administered at low dosage for the prevention or treatment of inflammatory disorders, particularly those affecting epithelial tissues such as those of the skin and gastrointestinal tract.
