A laminated seamless belt having at least a base layer and an outer layer. The base layer contains a polyester thermoplastic elastomer as its main component. The base layer has a volume resistivity set to not less than 1.0.times.10.sup.6(.OMEGA.cm) nor more than 1.0.times.10.sup.11(.OMEGA.cm). A volume resistivity of the outer layer is set to not less than 1.0.times.10.sup.11(.OMEGA.cm) and not less than 10 times as large as that of the base layer. The base layer and the outer layer are formed by laminated extrusion.
