Thus, adjacent spiral contactors can be arranged to be close to each other. Therefore, a mounting density of a spiral contactor on a guide frame can be increased. Further, since the deforming portion can be arranged at an opened region, a width of the deforming portion can be widened. As a result, the spiral contactor having a large spring constant is provided.
