This invention relates to novel pyrazolopyrimidines of the formula in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 are as defined in the disclosure, to a process for preparing these substances and to their use for controlling harmful organisms. This invention further relates to novel intermediates of the formulae and to processes for their preparation.
