The adjusting body serves to conduct the circuit board to the battery portion by the length of the adjusting body inserted into the frame body. The adjusting body has a releasing portion for rotating the adjusting body. A magnetic wave sensor is installed to the circuit board for receiving magnetic waves of incoming phone calls. The releasing portion is one of a straight hole and a cruciform hole.
