A driving circuit of a display which has a plurality of pixels. Each pixel has
a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor,
a capacitor and a light-emitting device. Driving the pixels with current is achieved
by n-type amorphous silicon thin film, while the low-temperature polycrystalline
silicon thin-film transistor is not required. Further, by adjusting the ratio of
channel width to channel length of the thin-film transistors of the pixels, the
different effects caused by characteristics of red, green and blue pixels are compensated
without the need of providing different data current by the driving integrated circuit.
