A garment of the present invention is comprised of a flexible, supportive cervical collar that secures the head and neck. The cervical collar is secured to a partially fitted, flexible upper body vest. The vest portion includes weighted ballasts. A plurality of vibrators are provided on the vest located strategically at certain muscle/acupuncture sites.
