A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named 'DekTimman', characterized by its daisy-type inflorescences with red purple and white bi-colored ray florets and green-colored disc florets; strong and upright flowering stems; freely flowering habit; uniform flowering response; and good postproduction longevity.
