A cooking apparatus for providing a tilting cooking surface. The cooking apparatus
may include a cooking surface for receiving food; a motion element for providing
movement to the cooking surface; and a coupling attached to the motion element.
The coupling may traverse a periphery portion of the cooking surface, maintaining
the cooking surface in a tilted position and rocking the cooking surface back and
forth. The cooking apparatus may also include a heating element.
