A dynamic light sculpture system and method of use are provided. The system includes
an optical element that is coated with an optically active material. The optical
element may be arranged by the user/artist proximate a viewing screen. A beam of
light is directed obliquely at the optical element to produce both transmitted
and reflected secondary beams in a myriad of colors.
