A method of manufacturing a breast cup for a brassiere by taking a sheet of moldable
material and adhering a plurality of pellets against a major surface of the sheet
of moldable material. A molding to a breast cup form of the sheet of moldable material
occurs prior, during or subsequent to the application of pellets in a manner such
that the pellets are or becomes located in a desired location on the convex side
major surface of the then molded sheet of molded material.
