user's hands have a final number count equal to a natural nine. In one variation,
the user is further able to designate one of the initial cards that comprise the
player's hand or the banker's hand in exchange for a new card to complete the initial
hand and/or may view the initial cards before selecting whether to play the banker's
hand or the player's hand.
