A positioning device for functional devices of printing presses, having at least
one guide unit and one drive for moving and positioning the functional device for
throwing-on/throwing-off movements with regard to impression cylinders. Weight
compensation means are provided for the vertical displacement, so that the drive
can be at least partially relieved of the weight of the functional device.
