The present invention provides a water repellant, water resistant, stain resistant
fabric that feels like fabric rather than plastic. The fabric of the present invention
is prepared by treating a fabric with at least one treatment composition comprising
from about 5 weight percent to about 20 weight percent of fluorochemical(s), which
is then backed with at least one polymeric film to provide a water repellant, water
resistant, stain resistant fabric.
