The present invention relates to a method of treatment of malignant
neoplasms and to a complex preparation having antineoplastic activity for
use in such treatment. The complex preparation comprises alpha-fetoprotein
(AFP), a polyene antibiotic, mainly amphotericin B or nystatin, and a
saccharide filler, mainly glucose or dextran 40, dextran 70 and dextran
100, wherein a mass ratio of the AFP to the polyene antibiotic to the
saccharide filler is 1:(60-100):(50-70). The method of treatment comprises
parenteral injection to a patient in need of such treatment with the said
complex preparation in a course of 10 injections once in three days.
La actual invención se relaciona con un método de tratamiento de neoplasmas malos y con una preparación compleja que tiene actividad antineoplástica para el uso en tal tratamiento. La preparación compleja abarca la alfa-fetoprotein (AFP), un antibiótico del polyene, principalmente el amphotericin B o nystatin, y un llenador del saccharide, principalmente una glucosa o un dextran 40, un dextran 70 y un dextran 100, en donde un cociente total del AFP al antibiótico del polyene al llenador del saccharide es 1:(60-100):(50-70). El método de tratamiento abarca la inyección parenteral a un paciente en necesidad de tal tratamiento con la preparación compleja dicha en un curso de 10 inyecciones una vez en tres días.
