The present invention relates to a group of thiazole derivatives, to
methods for the preparation of these compounds, to pharmaceutical
compositions containing at least one these compounds as active
ingredient, as well to the use of these compositions for the treatment of
psychiatric and neurological disorders and other diseases involving
cannabinoid CB neurotransmission. The thiazole derivatives of the
invention are either cannabinoid (CB) receptor antagonists, CB receptor
agonists, CB receptor inverse agonists or CB receptor partial agonists.

wherein R, R.sub.1 and X have the meanings given in the specification.
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μια ομάδα παραγώγων thiazole, στις μεθόδους για την προετοιμασία αυτών των ενώσεων, στις φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις που περιέχουν τουλάχιστον το ένα αυτές οι ενώσεις ως ενεργό συστατικό, επίσης στη χρήση αυτών των συνθέσεων για τη θεραπεία των ψυχιατρικών και νευρολογικών διαταραχών και άλλων ασθενειών που περιλαμβάνουν τη νευροδιαβίβαση CB cannabinoid. Τα παράγωγα thiazole της εφεύρεσης είναι είτε αντίπαλοι δεκτών cannabinoid (CB), αγωνιστές δεκτών CB, αντίστροφοι αγωνιστές δεκτών CB είτε μερικοί αγωνιστές δεκτών CB. Οι ενώσεις έχουν το γενικό τύπο (I) 1 όπου το ρ, R.sub.1 και το Χ δίνουν τις έννοιες στην προδιαγραφή.
