The invention relates to novel chroman derivatives, stereoisomers and
pharmaceutically acceptable salts of Formula I 1
wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. They are
useful in the treatment of disorders mediated by lipoxygenase, such as
immune diseases, respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases, as
well as in the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders and/or
mitochondrial disorders. They are also useful in the manufacture of
pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment of such conditions.
De uitvinding heeft op nieuwe chroman derivaten, stereo-isomeren en farmaceutisch aanvaardbare zouten van Formule I 1 betrekking waarin de substituenten zoals die in de specificatie worden bepaald zijn. Zij zijn nuttig in de behandeling van wanorde die door lipoxygenase, zoals immune ziekten, ademhalingsziekten en cardiovasculaire ziekten wordt bemiddeld, evenals in de behandeling van neurodegenerative wanorde en/of mitochondrial wanorde. Zij zijn ook nuttig in de vervaardiging van farmaceutische formuleringen voor de behandeling van dergelijke voorwaarden.
