The invention relates to compounds represented by the formula I

and to prodrugs or metabolites thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable
salts or solvates of said compounds, said prodrugs, and said metabolites,
wherein Z, Y, R.sup.11 and R.sup.14, R.sup.15, R.sup.16, and R.sup.17 are
as defined herein. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical
compositions containing the compounds of formula I and to methods of
treating hyperproliferative disorders in a mammal by administering the
compounds of formula I.
Die Erfindung bezieht auf den Mitteln, die durch das Formel I ## STR1 ## dargestellt werden und auf Prodrugs oder Stoffwechselprodukte davon, oder pharmazeutisch annehmbare Salze oder solvates der besagten Mittel, der besagten Prodrugs und der besagten Stoffwechselprodukte, worin Z, Y, R.sup.11 und R.sup.14, R.sup.15, R.sup.16 und R.sup.17 sind, wie hierin definiert. Die Erfindung bezieht auch auf dem pharmazeutischen Aufbau, der die Mittel von Formel I enthält und auf Methoden des Behandelns von von hyperproliferative Störungen in einem Säugetier, indem sie die Mittel von Formel I ausübt.
