The invention concerns the use of intramolecularly, covalently cross-linked proteins and covalently cross-linked reverse transcriptase from HIV as immunological binding partners in immunoassays. It also concerns immunological test procedures for detecting an analyte in a sample in which intramolecularly, covalently cross-linked proteins are used as binding partners, and it further concerns intramolecularly, covalently cross-linked reverse transcriptase from HIV and a method for producing this reverse transcriptase.

L'invenzione interessa l'uso proteine di intramolecularly, in covalenza unite con legami atomici incrociati e transcriptase d'inversione in covalenza unito con legami atomici incrociati dal HIV come soci obbligatori immunologici nei immunoassays. Inoltre interessa i metodi di prova immunologici per la rilevazione del analyte in un campione in cui intramolecularly, le proteine in covalenza unite con legami atomici incrociati sono usate come soci obbligatori e piĆ¹ ulteriormente interessa il transcriptase d'inversione intramolecularly, in covalenza unito con legami atomici incrociati dal HIV e un metodo per produrre questo transcriptase d'inversione.
