The preset invention relates to the process for the separation and recovery of polyethylene glycol (PEG) from spent aqueous two-phase systems (ATPSs). The present invention more particularly relates to the recovery of PEG from SPENT aqueous two-phase systems by the application of microwave energy.

De vooraf ingestelde uitvinding heeft op het proces voor de scheiding en de terugwinning van polyethyleenglycol betrekking (PIN) van bestede waterige systemen in twee fasen (ATPSs). De onderhavige uitvinding heeft meer in het bijzonder op de terugwinning van PIN van BESTEDE waterige systemen betrekking in twee fasen door de toepassing van microgolfenergie.
