or prodrug thereof, wherein A, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, n and m are as
described in the specification, useful in the treatment of 1
a disease or condition mediated through glucokinase (GLK), such as type 2
diabetes, The invention also relates to methods for preparing compounds
of Formula (I) and their use as medicaments in the treatment of diseases
mediated by glucokinase.
