A novel compound represented by the formula (I): 1
wherein rings A and B each represents an optionally substituted aromatic
ring, or rings A and B may be bonded to each other through linking
between bonds or substituents thereof to form a ring; ring C represents a
nitrogenous saturated heterocycle optionally having one or more
substituents besides the oxo (provided that 2,3-dioxopyrrolidine ring is
excluded); R.sup.1 represents hydrogen, an optionally substituted
hydrocarbon group, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group; and

indicates a single bond or a double bond. It has high antagonistic
activity against a tachykinin receptor, especially an SP receptor.
Ein Romanmittel dargestellt durch die Formel (i): 1, worin Ringe A und B jedes einen beliebig ersetzten aromatischen Ring darstellt oder schellt A und B kann durch davon verbinden miteinander abgebunden werden, zwischen Bindungen oder Substituenten, zum eines Ringes zu bilden; Ring C stellt ein stickstoffhaltiges gesättigtes heterocycle dar, das beliebig einen oder mehr Substituenten außer dem Oxo hat (vorausgesetzt daß Ring 2,3-dioxopyrrolidine ausgeschlossen wird); R.sup.1 stellt Wasserstoff, eine beliebig ersetzte Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe oder eine beliebig ersetzte heterozyklische Gruppe dar; und 2 zeigt eine einzelne Bindung oder eine Doppelbindung an. Es hat hohe entgegenwirkende Tätigkeit gegen einen tachykinin Empfänger, besonders ein SP Empfänger.
