A construction product made from an extrudable composition formed into
various shapes for use in deck-building systems and other applications is
disclosed. The extrudable composition prepared from polyethylene polymeric
compounds, such as HDPE, and mixed with a mineral such as fiberglass,
mineral wool or sand, along with a pigment, has sufficient strength and
other advantageous properties to be useful for those construction
applications.
