The invention relates to the expression of the cDNA clone for sub-units a1
(hsGCa1) and b1 (hsGCb1) of human soluble guanylylcyclase and the
subsequent purification of the active enzyme and use thereof, the medical
application of the expression of this clone by gene transfer, in addition
to antibodies against peptides derived from said sequence and the use
thereof.
De uitvinding heeft daarvan op de uitdrukking van de kloon DNA voor subeenheden a1 (hsGCa1) betrekking en b1 (hsGCb1) van menselijke oplosbare guanylylcyclase en de verdere reiniging van het actieve enzym en het gebruik, de medische toepassing van de uitdrukking van deze kloon door genoverdracht, naast antilichamen tegen peptides die uit bovengenoemde opeenvolging en het gebruik daarvan wordt afgeleid.
