A valve manifold controls hydraulic flow in a hydraulic system for an air
compressor unit. The manifold includes a pressure relief valve, a cold oil
bypass valve, a proportional flow valve, and an anti-cavitation valve. The
pressure relief valve diverts flow away from a fan motor when the pressure
of hydraulic fluid within the hydraulic system is above a predetermined
level. The cold oil bypass valve diverts flow away from a hydraulic cooler
when the temperature of hydraulic fluid within the hydraulic system is
below a predetermined level. The proportional flow valve diverts flow away
from the fan motor when the temperature of hydraulic fluid within the
hydraulic system is below a predetermined level. The anti-cavitation valve
prevents pressure build up within the hydraulic system when the air
compressor unit is shut off.
Ein hydraulischer Fluß der vielfältigen Kontrollen des Ventils in eine Hydraulikanlage für eine Luftverdichtermaßeinheit. Das Verteilerrohr schließt ein Druckablaßventil, ein kaltes Ölsicherheitsventil, ein proportionales Strömungsventil und ein Anti-cavitationventil mit ein. Das Druckablaßventil leitet Fluß weg von einem Ventilatormotor um, wenn der Druck der Hydraulikflüssigkeit innerhalb der Hydraulikanlage über einem vorbestimmten Niveau ist. Das kalte Ölsicherheitsventil leitet Fluß weg von einer hydraulischen Kühlvorrichtung um, wenn die Temperatur der Hydraulikflüssigkeit innerhalb der Hydraulikanlage unterhalb eines vorbestimmten Niveaus ist. Das proportionale Strömungsventil leitet Fluß weg vom Ventilatormotor um, wenn die Temperatur der Hydraulikflüssigkeit innerhalb der Hydraulikanlage unterhalb eines vorbestimmten Niveaus ist. Das Anti-cavitationventil verhindert Druckaufbau innerhalb der Hydraulikanlage, wenn die Luftverdichtermaßeinheit abgestellt wird.
