The invention provides a process for laminating textile sheet materials
onto moldable particle foam or onto foamed moldings, using, as an
adhesive, a polymer composition based on copolymers of one or more
monomers selected from the group comprising vinyl esters, acrylates,
methacrylates, vinylaromatics and vinyl chloride and from 0.01 to 25% by
weight, based on the total weight of the copolymer, of one or more
ethylenically unsaturated monomers containing carboxyl groups.
