This invention relates to infectious chimeric papillomaviruses, and
especially those where the early genes are from human papillomavirus (HPV)
18, and the late genes are from another HPV. Also presented are methods of
culturing the virus in raft cell cultures, and to assays utilizing these
chimeric viruses.
Questa invenzione riguarda i papillomaviruses chimeric contagiosi e particolarmente quelli dove i geni in anticipo proviene dal papillomavirus umano (HPV) 18 ed i geni ritardati provengono da un altro HPV. Inoltre sono presentati i metodi di coltura del virus nelle colture delle cellule della zattera ed alle analisi che utilizzano questi virus chimeric.
