Disclosed herein or novel, environmentally friendly compositions and
methods for treating or preventing infestation by termites and/or other
wood-boring insects. Specifically exemplified herein are compositions
containing nepetalactone, and analogs and derivatives of nepetalactone,
and methods of using same.
