Dual capillary spinneret for production of homofilament crimp fibers
Robust homofilament fibers are meltspun from a differently shaped dual
capillary spinneret design to induce differential fiber morphology to
produce crimping. Crimping may further be aided by quenching and drawing
of the fibers.
