Disclosed are peptides which are peptide derivatives of the HJ loop of a
serine/threonine kinase. The peptides can modulate the activity of the
serine/threonine kinase. Also disclosed are methods of modulating the
activity of a serine/threonine kinase in a subject by administering one of
the peptides of the present invention.
